Very nice breakfast buffet with options galore! Good communal areas and a fantastic Happy Hour with wine and snacks. Easy access to geisha districts and local attractions.

TV selection was disappointing. International channels were out. The shower design could have been more user-friendly.

The breakfast selection was fantastic with many options. The staff were so very friendly and extremely friendly, their services were excellent.

Accommodation was huge and ideal with well-mannered staff during the first night's happy hour by a male staff member. The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned. I liked that they had a private safe, climate control, and an electronic key card.

Location: the hotel was next to Kanazawa's castle, where most touristic attractions are, many restaurants & shops, and main attractions such as the Kenrokuen gardens, the castle, Oyama shrine, Omicho market. Last time we stopped we had a bright, spotless room with 2 beds. The breakfast offered a lot of food and was varied and tasteful.

Take advantage of the Happy Hour for complimentary wine and snacks to unwind after a day of exploring.

The carpet had a dark stain upon entry that stood out, quite off-putting!!! Unexpected city tax charges were surprising and added to a rather frustrating check-in experience!!!

The hotel impressed me with its spacious and clean room, offering excellent amenities like free drinks and afternoon snacks. I loved the communal bath. It was a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring. The breakfast buffet stood out as one of my favorites, with a variety of options to satisfy both Japanese and Western tastes. Check-in could be improved. I was greeted by a rather impatient receptionist, and my first room had an unpleasant odor from the bathroom. Though the staff swiftly addressed the issue and offered a new room, the lingering smell in the second room was a letdown. Lastly, there were some inconsistencies in the breakfast dress code enforcement.

Staying at intergate was a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed and armchair. The super nice team, and the onsen was perfect after a long day of exploring. It's located near the beautiful gardens and a short walk from some fantastic dining options, including the amazing 'slow luck vegetable bal'.

The location was fantastic, enabling easy walks to Kanazawa Castle and the beautiful Kenroku-en Park. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day, which added a nice touch. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, although well-equipped and cozy.
